Almost totally disagree - simple math, supply and demand, demand still outweighs supply. Also, 5% interest rates are a bargain! homes sold in the 80's at almost 18% FHA rates. People recognize the value of owning/holding this hard asset. 5-10% price adjustments are healthy.
