At 16 years old you are rightly considered too inexperienced still to take many decisions that could mess up your own life. It doesn't make one single lick of sense to give 16-years old power to help make decisions that mess up the entire damn country.

T20 is a nightcap. ODI is a couple after work and a taxi home. Test match is the other half is away, meet at the pub at 11. All day session followed by a curry.
