The high res image shows the extent of the damage to both vehicle and rail bridges. Is this being constructed because the rail bridge is to unstable to support any cranes to fix the collapsed span? Regardless, they have made progress from 5-13 August 2023.

The Proj. 22160 Patrol Boat Vasily Bykov was attacked by Ukrainian USVs. Damage is hard to tell, if any, but it does appear like the lights went out showing a hit and loss of power.
We'll see what comes of it.

The CDS mentioned in their daily brief of Oct 9th that Monchegorsk based MiG-31s had deployed to Belbek, Crimea.

More analysis likely on the SAR as I'm not the expert. Also, SAR is pretty amazing, never a cloudy day!! Not sure if we would have seen the 'holes' in the 2x Il-76 with it but it definitely has a very good place in the analysis side of things.

There doesn't appear to be damage but satellite imagery is not exactly suited for that. There does look to be something off the port side towards the stern but could be part of the mooring? I've included a view from 24 Apr 2023 which was the last time I had her in port.

With reports of the A-50 being hit, it is important to look back at 0.5M📸 to see what was there. Passes on Feb 3 & 14 don't show her. It was assumed she left after the joint exercises. However, on Feb 19th, she was back near the Tu-134 Crusty.

0.21M📷 (Jan 2023) & 0.5M📷 (Jul 2023) of the depot which was allegedly hit today. Looks like quite a lot of S300 missiles (maybe some Buk & Strella as well). Not quite as full as in Jan 2023 but still a lot of equipment there.
After a quick look, I concur with

that the explosion was in the vicinity of this arsenal which I think is the 3413th Missile Technical Base (Navy), в/ч 13189.

Next up is Pivdenna Bay, dry dock & sub pen. Pivdenna bay is largely empty with only 2x Ropucha there. Only 1 seems to be operational. In the dry dock we have a stripped down Ropucha just north & the Rostov on Don KILO hiding under the tarps and netting. Sub pen is also empty.

On to the west side of the frigate pier, we have: 1x Alexandrit Class MS (deceptive camo again) & 1x Karakurt Class (Tsiklon) who has typically been anchored near the harbor entrance likely providing AD.
After the storm, the harbor defenses have also been strengthened again.

One observation jumps off the page. The boneyard typically has 9x A-50 but now only has 6x with clear signs of movement in the snow. Also, those 6x, appear to have no engines and covers on the radomes.

On to the Repair bay, Ammo & Refueling piers. In the repair bay there are several vessels covered in netting / tarps. Not sure of the rationale but maybe to disguise on satellite imagery? At the refueling and ammo piers we have 2x Bora Class, 1x Tarantul Class and 2x Ropucha.
