Brazenly and on camera, the #Russian's kidnap orphans from the occupied territories of Ukraine and say that it is "for their good." Just imagine if any other country occupied a part of Russia and took out children from there. What would be the reaction of Russia?

The Andrew, formerly known as a Prince, could yet play a blinder and suddenly remember she was the woman who told him he was better in bed then a well known businessman from the time.

Ok, @realDonaldTrump, if you sue the BBC for $1bn for spreading lies, I’ll sue you for the same amount. I reckon Planet Earth would crowdfund that. Then I’ll buy Mar A Largo, turn it into a climate change research centre, free Melania, and put a 1000% tariff on orange face paint.

I am going to sue Trump for $1bn for this speech
Trump: "I was recently at an event and I saw that France was celebrating Victory Day, but we didn't. And I saw France was celebrating another Victory Day for World War 2. And other countries were celebrating. They were all celebrating. We're the one that won the wars."

Donald Trump to sue the BBC for $1bn. Or 563 Gary Linekers in pounds sterling.

Direct flights are available…
Today, I made the mistake of flying from Dublin to Paris via London's Heathrow Airport. This was a remarkably stupid move on my part, given that London, and by extension Heathrow, is located in the failing formerly-developed country known as "the UK". I almost paid dearly for

MP’s have accused the RAF of aiding genocide in Gaza, whilst others have championed unsuccessful prosecutions of ex service personnel. And all sides have presided over under investment of everything from service accommodation to submarines. And they wonder why…..?
In the 24 years I’ve been an MP I’ve never known people on social media attack MPs of all persuasions for laying wreaths on Remembrance Sunday until today. Remembrance should be beyond politics. We should in unity respect the sacrifice of our armed forces not indulge in vitriol.

Perhaps some of the €bn’s Ireland has received from the EU over the decades should have been invested in Defence.
🇮🇪Ireland is considering asking larger EU nations for security assistance during its forthcoming EU presidency, including sending a warship to Dublin for air defence. https://t.co/mrKSTC6LZs

During the final cruise of the Audacious-class aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal in 1978, the crew held a mock funeral in which the wardroom piano was lauched from the bow catapult and buried at sea. The piano hit 104 knots as it went over the end of the flight deck. #FunFactFriday
