I'm so sorry you are in this situation, I had to get lawyers onto the NHS three times to get my daughter the help she needed, it was a constant battle and so draining. I am so gutted you're facing this. We won't give up. ❤️🏳️⚧️❤️

Even though you've had to go it alone, eventually getting access to the NHS treatment you are legally entitled to is essential. They can refuse a GRC if the diagnosis is not from someone they approve of, and why should you continue to be out of pocket? Please don't give up ❤️🏳️⚧️❤️

I went from only knowing one trans person before my child told me her truth to now almost my entire social and friends circle is LGBT or parents of trans. It's so amazing to have that support, experience and expertise when we ever had any concerns or queries. ❤️🏳️⚧️❤️

I had this discussion with a GC yesterday, the likelihood that all GC's come across trans people in toilets and changing rooms and that said trans people were loud, obnoxious and attention seeking is beyond anything anyone who actually knows a trans person can believe. 🙈
