If you play with,against, are watching or even refereeing people from the Transgender Community then please show them respect and respect their pro nouns. It really is not that hard. If in doubt neutral pro nouns are fine that is so much better than misgendering them.

As a rule people are quick to moan but praise is rare and unexpected. Love this and really appreciate it. Was a really good game with 2 excellent teams who both gave 110% throughout and was a pleasure to officiate.

Really do think the FA need to look at the promotion and relegation in womens football. Just one team promoted from the WNL to rhe championship is unacceptable. Only winning your division gets ypu promoted from the feeder leagues is wrong...let's relegate more teams and promote
