I know a couple of folks who are #jobstacking & they're making it work. Here's where I look at #leadership focused more on time than work being done, if you track effort you would know there's space in a person's schedule but most look only at clock.

You can test this by working very hard on Monday, completing your tasks, and then not showing up the rest of the week. I think you will rapidly find that you are not a peer. Credit to @jobstacking.
@wanyeburkett I've said this for years. There are people who think you're employer is a peer offering you money to do tasks, and there are people who think you're employer is a feudal lord who is obligated to fully take care of you as long as you hold the job.

Things have become so retarded, itโs possible to fiat mine by jobstacking multiple fake remote jobs, allowing you to do other things on the side. They donโt want you to know this. They exploit you, exploit them right back.

Buddy of mine has 3 roles rn - all remote. AE.CSM.SDR . Total comp is $450k. Most people couldn't do it though. Dude's a psychopath . Putting all extra income into rental homes, btc and stocks . Will probs retire earliest out of my friend group. Funny thing is though, guys with.
