100p. After $19m sold in 7 years still have yet to close a deal where we had to overcome objection on the initial call . All objections are responded by clarifying priorities & gauging timeline . âWhat needs to change inside of the business for this to become a priority?â.
@FidelCacheFlow Yup. If i get too strong of an objection on the initial cold call i always let them go. Not worth the time. Had 1 month with 100% self close rate out of 8 deals by just qualifying everybody out and making sure there was buying intent before the demo. Donât have time to convince.

1) We have Proxy for them to remote access the systems via our IP address. 2) Each contract unique, some have a full tech stack some have little to none and we use our own Tech Stack. 3) Can outsource workflows that do not require accessing the system.
@FidelCacheFlow How do you outsource to VAs without compromising internal data/etc? Is this grey area?.

Not within their buying window . Nothing personal and says nothing about my skills as sales rep. Would rather end it now versus the entire sales cycle be a selling conversation waste my teams time, my time and resources on somebody who doesnât understand their challenges and why.
Completely accurate. Used to doubt my performance selling / booking meetings. Now I view it as the prospects issue as the reason theyâre not moving forward. Doesnât even bother me in the slightest anymore Iâm just like yep that guy doesnât make good decisions.

OTE contracts will require more time investment compared to Hourly Contracts, this would be full time for most - however 100% dependent upon ability to book meetings, efficency in systems and outsourcing to VAs. Top performers in the community manage 3-4 of these in a 40-50hr.
@FidelCacheFlow If you stack two contracts like this how many hours a week are you doing to make $200k+.
