Basic flag theory holds that your citizenship flag should NOT be your tax residency flag So I don't know why Nomad Capitalist over-indexes on the tax friendliness of a passport so much (obvious exception for citizenship based taxation countries and risk of becoming one).
@MyLatinLife This is essentially the Nomad Capitalist take.. re Romania honestly, it’s not crazy. That’s how they ranked the passports. If Romania had launched an RBI with zero residency, IMO it would’ve been extremely powerful. Why the skepticism around Romania? I’m no specialist , but

Was just talking to a friend in Caracas Venezuela 🇻🇪 and they have no electricity currently at home. Services like buses are not running. Hopefully it stabilizes soon.
