Two months later and the new insulation goes in tomorrow. Walls and floors getting picked up today. New windows in a few weeks. Still much to do but finally feel like I'm making progress. Going to look great when it's done!.

Looking once more into J2's marketing materials: they worked with an agency in '22 that did a deep dive into keywords, HubSpot, their website, etc. - all of which has been shared with me. This will drastically simplify my job - lots of professional resources and recommendations.

Woke at 4.30 this morning, no chance of falling back asleep. Got up, drank coffee with the sunrise, saw a coyote chasing a turkey. Life is so full of dread expectation - if you let it be so. Face the day bravely, take a measure of where you stand, and advance.

For the most part, anxiety comes from not doing necessary work. Sometimes this is procrastination, sometimes expectation of work to come. But once done, no matter the outcome, anxiety dissipates. You move forward to face the next challenge. Keep moving.

An emerging family drama. Thankful my FIL helped us buy land, but it is a complicated relationship. Trying to make multiple families happy. A lot of money involved. I am at the center of it all. Hard conversations ahead.
