Problem is when the rates were at the bottom, prices were at the top. Also, I can’t do that now and taking on more debt off the property now seems like an unnecessary risk, specially to buy another home in a market where prices are falling.

Due to interest rates, they HAVE to reduce prices in order to sell cars. If not people wouldn’t get approved for the car loans. That’s how interest works to fight inflation. Same thing happens with mortgages.

Your $PP is down 19% and it hasnt been a month since its out. Pricing power is with stocks where people cant afford to not have the service/product. So food, groceries, utilities. People can pass on a Tesla, but they need their electricity, food and gas, no matter the cost.
