If you’re feeling stuck, read this… I call it the Clarity Curve: When you’re stuck, you’re waiting for clarity. You make that clarity a precursor to action. But in reality, the relationship is the inverse: Action creates clarity. In the beginning, the Clarity Curve is

The zero alcohol movement is funny because a lot of people traded drinks with friends for social media doomscrolling, porn, and gambling by themselves.

Early in my career, I made some small angel investments in a few tech startups. On paper, it didn’t make a lot of sense: I didn’t have much excess money to do it with and I knew that the likely scenario was the startups would fail. But what the opportunities may have lacked in

My advice to any young person: 1. Be curious 2. Be valuable 3. Spend time with great people If you do that, the rest will take care of itself.

On my 28th birthday, I was driving and had this random rush of anxiety. I was like “Holy shit, I’m turning 30 next year, and I’ve accomplished nothing. I gotta get going!” Then I remembered I was turning 28 (not 29) and felt relieved that I had 2 years to figure out my life. I

The most underrated trait: Authenticity. You can get pretty damn far by just being someone that shows up authentically in all situations. Real authenticity is rare. It requires courage. Some won’t like it in the short run, but it always earns respect in the long run.

One of the clearest signs that you’ve found the right people is that they get you out of your own head. You stop overthinking. There’s no anxiety about the future. There’s just energy in the present. There’s just flow. Lean into the people that get you out of your head.

If you struggle with energy in the morning, do this right when you get out of bed: • 5 squats • 5 push-ups • 5 lunges per leg • 30-second plank I call it my 5-5-5-30 Method. It’ll give you an energy boost and start your day with a winning feeling. It just plain works.

Everyone should read this story… One day, a young warrior was walking to his training when he spotted his teacher, a master warrior, tending to plants in the garden. He approached cautiously and stood quietly, not wanting to disturb the man from whom he had learned so much.

The older I get, the more I realize you have to do what’s necessary, not what’s comfortable. The gap between your goals and your reality is filled with painful, boring work. Most people avoid it, which is why it’s so valuable. Master the ordinary to create the extraordinary.

In a world where fewer and fewer people will focus on human-to-human interactions, those will become even more valuable.

Underrated idea: Hanlon’s Razor. Never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity. In assessing someone's actions, we shouldn't assume negative intent if there's a viable alternative explanation (like differing beliefs, intelligence, incompetence, or ignorance).

Underrated life advice: Nobody cares. When you’re winning, nobody cares. When you’re losing, nobody cares. It doesn’t mean nobody loves you, it just means nobody cares about your life as much as you do. It just means that you are in control. It’s on you. Nobody cares. Go do it.

Everyone should read this story: One day, a Donkey and a Tiger got into an argument over the color of the grass. “The grass is blue,” said the Donkey. “That’s ridiculous,” replied the Tiger. “The grass is clearly green.” When the argument grew more and more intense, they
