Excellently researched and acted. Close to my active times at AIIMS New Delhi. After Mr Narasimha Rao took oath, and a day later two 6 feet 5 inches SPG men (Vijay Raman and Shantanu) visited my office and told me, "You are now personal physician to PM! ".

It is combination of truncal subcutaneous fat and intra-abdominal visceral fat which is important.

Sir. I never said don't use these drugs. In fact, I am using them daily with good results in many. But a balanced and transparent narrative must be given to patients instead of saying that these are end -all magical pills, and weight regain after stopping should be told.
@docanoopmisra Sir but don't the people deserve cutting edge tech and new modalities to tackle the obesity problem? I mean yes diet is important but that's the same people used to do 100 years ago also na. If the side effect profiles are favourable, don't we need to up our game in treating?.
