I'm growing my own wheat again this year, a 3x35' plot. Last time I grew it my yield was mediocre, but I still baked up 3-4 sourdough loaves from it and they tasted absolutely amazing. There's no practical reason to do this, it's cheaper in every way to buy flour but it IS fun
