I used to drink lots of liquids and not eat after 7 or before 7. Telling yourself you can have small amounts of treats is good too as long as small means small and not every day lol. I used to like eating healthy during the week and on Sat or Sunday id have pizza. 💗

There was a case like this where the son killed his dad with an axe and tried to kill his mama too busted her all up with the axe but yet when he went to court she was right there Tryna say he didn’t do it. Some ppl lose it when shtt like this happens and they’re never ok again
