Adrienne's advice applies to employees, too. I recently went in-house for a great gig, but the lessons I learned consulting for 3yrs shifted my perspective as an employee for the better. +I'd add: Not building r/ships. Devaluing your worth. Focusing on weaknesses > strengths.
