@fortworthchris This one is for you. Popcorn, or yawner? We bought this $2.8M, 26.3 acre parcel zoned heavy industrial, which carries all of the light industrial zoning in our local area, Duncan BC, Vancouver Island. It is .5% grade and cleared. This is the parcel at purchase.

@TrungTPhan It’s been Ironic to me that End Game is an absolute milestone in theatre history; Covid came on its heels, and we know what happened to cinema since. It was the culmination of so many things- I thought Disney was unstoppable at that point with buying Fox, Phase 3&4 etc.

Just put 561 acres under contract for re-zoning into a mobile home park; my community needs attainable, affordable housing- clean, safe, affordable with dignity. I think the economics (on a napkin at least) make sense for the first time in 50 years to build a new one. LFG!!!

@money_cruncher I don’t like Kamala But I do like that people take pay cuts to do what they think is right. I have no problem with her growing her income with her husband. If she claims to victim status or calls anyone ‘the Rich’, when she in fact is Rich, I will have a problem with that.

@EdmontonOilers @sentinelstorage As a Canucks fan who came here for a sane take, goaltending was clearly the difference tonight. 19-2 shots, and then the Canucks had 3 goals on 7 shots of I am not mistaken. That’s goaltending, especially on Suter’s goal. Tough night Guys. Don’t give up on your team.

We have 6 kids and we home school. We live in a home that barely fits us. Sometimes, I'm embarrassed that it's small, and I hear the whispers. But you know what? We are close and we are happy. I wonder if the close proximity is one of the reasons we are so happy;

Flipping homes is... whatever. Flipping mobile homes is 🚀🚀🚀 Just sold another home from within our niche trucking business. Bought the unit for $5,000, stored it on our site for 2.5 months, sold it for $35k plus a move. AND, someone is only paying $35k for a 2bd 1bth home
