Iโve done it for 3 days then a week! Both times I only had water.
Getting back to food is the most amazing thing because it all tastes SO good.
U feel lighter. More energetic surprisingly. I do it monthly. 1-3 days of a water fast. Slowly reintroducing fruits/veggies again after.
