Mahomes "trying to do too much" like expect Hardman to keep running and catch a touchdown instead of hesitating.
A couple good example of Mahomes 'trying to do too much' and hit home runs when the base hits are there. This will still be a chunk play if he hits a wide open Kelce (rather than going for it all).
