Our connections across this platform saw the reality of #LTNs since day one. They thought people would get bored of raising concerns but around the country peoples voices continue to get louder and repeat concerns until they are heard. We won't stop until every #LTN is removed.

Times reports Transport Secretary Mark Harper has insisted, after campaigners wrote to him, the DfT LTN review is independent: “It was an eyebrow-raiser” that part of the review was to be carried out by LTN advocate Rachel Aldred. It's separate to the Rishi Sunak LTN review.

We're non-party political but any Government would be right to review LTNs, especially those rushed in in recent yrs. Put in with little homework done re: impacts on disabled people, on traffic levels on surrounding rds or how whose livelihoods depend on vehicles may be affected.
