Our contractor Mike @WatesGroup investigates a faulty bathroom light in a Gypsy Hill property. With the extractor fan still working, Mike identifies a failed ballast – the small device that regulates current to the bulb. Diagnosis confirmed, ballast replaced. Job done. 💡🚿⚡
