Reminder – if Labour had been in power we’d never have emerged from the last lockdown. Small mercies.

Boris Johnson's recklessness means we're going to have an NHS summer crisis. The Johnson Variant is already out of control - and we're heading to 100,000 cases a day.

1) As far as I’m aware NHS funding has never been cut by any Government; 2) Certainly not by Boris, who has radically raised funding for the NHS; 3) This person ( @vornietom ) is the kind of total c**t that epitomises today’s rotten Left.

This is surreal; this is not Afghanistan, these are scenes of thousands of ordinary Australians fighting their own Government’s stormtroopers on the streets of Melbourne. The Australian government has gone mad.

Thoughts and prayers tonight with Israel 🇮🇱, a tiny beacon of light and democracy battling for its survival in a difficult and scary neighbourhood; attacked relentlessly by Hamas on one side and Hezbollah on the other, and now threatened directly by the puppet-masters themselves…

I’ve knocked on a lot of doors this election (for my brother in Richmond) and without exception every single Eastern European voter I’ve met has confirmed that they’re voting Conservative, some of whom with the warning that living under communism is a misery.

Everybody knows the vaccine does not reduce transmission. If it did, rates would not be higher now than they’ve ever been. The abuse directed at #Djokovic has nothing to do with the vaccine. People who believe in lockdowns and mandates do not tolerate dissenters, that’s all.

The unvaccinated are becoming an easy political target worldwide - but hounding or insulting them is likely to do more harm than good. My Telegraph column, now online:-

Vainly attempting for two years to stop an unstoppable respiratory virus wrecked businesses, lives and the public finances. All the rest is noise.
