I believe our best medium for change is for us to talk about concerns in and around the moments they occur. I encourage @F3Raleigh pax to promote discussion in COT, coffeteria, or in the midst of a workout. I will do the same. Together we can facilitate discussion & progress.
@F3Raleigh. Dear leadership. I believe if you are going to Q you should be trained in language of inclusivity, love and equity. Language of Nationalism and Christianity are hurtful. They are not the same. Language and the tone of that language are critical.

Everyone ended up in the bowl of death S&M called 11’s to make the other group look bad.Then ran the long way home 5 min let’s. Good to see Don’t Fix It. Nice work by all.
