In 2019 84% of the vote in Bow River was for the Cons, 6% was for the Libs. If Maverick and the Conservatives split the vote evenly in 2021 it still leaves each with 42% and the Liberals with the same 6%. There's no possible way that a Maverick vote will cause a Liberal to win.
