PM @MarkJCarney has taken bold action to remove the Consumer Carbon Tax. The Carbon Tax was a policy that polarized Canadians and in a time for unity, we need a new way forward. Liberals will defend our country against Trump and put forward a new plan to fight climate change.
The world is shifting, and Canada needs to be ready. The consumer carbon tax was too divisive when we should be pulling together. That’s why I took action to cancel it on day one.
