@sweatystartup 5 years ago i was in a restaurant and a drunk dude was choking on his tortilla. Literally no one in the restaurant knew the Heimlich, including the staff. I worked on the dude for a minute and half, broke 2 of his ribs and he finally coughed it up. The staff comped me a flan.

@Levijameshere Great topic, but I disagree. Equity is only valuable if the company sells or makes profit distributions. Also, sweat equity is usually always diluted when additional capital is raised. For most employees, it’s safer to get aggressive to get upside through variable comp.
