Just got awarded the largest project since we purchased the business. Its more than double my last all time high.
I also just sent out the largest bid I have ever sent out. Its more than 10X my largest project size.

5 years ago i was in a restaurant and a drunk dude was choking on his tortilla. Literally no one in the restaurant knew the Heimlich, including the staff.
I worked on the dude for a minute and half, broke 2 of his ribs and he finally coughed it up.

People have no clue how much demand we are going to see in the next 6 months. O&G is WAY more than fuel for cars. It’s plastic, electricity, tires, travel, all of it. Oil companies have had their hands slapped too many times to run back to fracking. Supply is going to get tight.

Great topic, but I disagree. Equity is only valuable if the company sells or makes profit distributions. Also, sweat equity is usually always diluted when additional capital is raised. For most employees, it’s safer to get aggressive to get upside through variable comp.
