I’m struggling to comprehend the ignorance of policy makers about what happens during pregnancy/miscarriage.
Yesterday I learned that they didn’t know that you usually miscarry into a toilet. They didn’t know that your medical team sends you home to miscarry.

We had our first “mask optional indoors” day Friday. So proud of my 11-14 yr old students - only 1 out of 100+ chose to be maskless. Many 8th graders shared horror stories of how sick they were with COVID as their reason for masking. All this drama is from adults, not kids.

We have 12-13 periods per year. Getting pregnant + scheduling abortion is approx 7-8 weeks minimum.
52 weeks / 8 weeks = 6-7 pregnancies per year.
