A powerful call from the @LondonAssembly highlighting the urgent need for accessible homes in London. Hoping the @MayorofLondon takes action and ensures that Disabled Londoners aren’t left behind. #AccessDenied #AccessibleHomes.
Finding suitable and affordable housing is the “biggest challenge that Disabled people face in London". #AssemblyHousing has written to the Mayor to call for action to address a shortage of accessible homes

It’s been 3 years since the previous Government pledged to improve accessibility standards for new homes. But far too many Disabled people are still stuck in housing that doesn’t meet their needs. Read @InclusionLondon's statement: . #AccessDenied

Good to see @munirawilson opposing these cruel welfare cuts. Now we need every Labour MP to vote against them today. This is a critical moment, people's lives are on the line! We won't throw future generations under the bus!. #WelfareNotWarfare #TakingThePIP #DisabilityBenefits.
I challenged the Government today on their unfair welfare cuts. Instead of supporting disabled people, they're creating a two-tier system of inequality. I shared my constituent Steve's story - I am clear that people living with ME and other disabilities deserve support.
