The first twenty four businesses in @LBRUT to make the @WhiteRibbon_UK promise opposing male violence against women during the #16daysofActivism2021 to end gender based violence when I visited them explaining the campaign. I am not stopping here.

Apparently their latest technology only works on those already captured on CCTV and for 31 days after appearing on it. More than one type of software exists to track a missing child for example. By what they're wearing to narrow down the list of sightings or by where last seen.
👁️ Technology that is capable of tracking and identifying any one of us MUST have laws governing it. That's why it's concerning that the Met police are more than DOUBLING their use of facial recognition tech
