Currently on my way to my rental property. I’m having to evict the current family, in order to convert it to a HMO before the new renters rights bill becomes law 🏡 The £1300 rent they pay will turn into £800 for room 1, £750 for room 2 and £700 for room 3. Total: £2250💰
