Equity members: this is really important. We need to show how serious we are about protecting ourselves from the misuse of AI. If you're eligible (worked on a TV/Film contract in the last 5 years) you should have an email in your inbox now. If there's no email but you think you

Has any prior instance of fascism not been an unholy alliance of the elite and the uneducated?
It makes me laugh when they try and paint Reform as posh. I walked Nigel Farage up Stanley front street and he was greeted with love and respect, I can tell you right now that no Labour politician would get that!

It is incredible that @nickclegg doesn't even have the decency to fuck off and die in a cave somewhere.
āI look back and think, thank heavens - not only did we take a decision, the effect of it was to exempt the university sector from austerity.ā @NickClegg defends raising tuition fees. š³ļø How To Win An Election š§ https://t.co/gznSBlBAex šļø @HugoRifkind

Not that I'm a royalist but what do you think the answer would be if anyone asked Charles whether he considers desperate people risking their lives to cross the sea in dinghies his enemies?
Treason Act 1351. āTo be adherent to the Kingās enemies in his realm, giving to them aid and comfort, in the realm or elsewhereā.

I voted for something that wasn't on the ballot paper. This is everyone else's fault, for some reason.
When I voted Brexit 9 years ago. It was because I wanted to take back control of our borders. The fact that our borders are even more wide open than before, is not because of Brexit. Itās because the people in charge didnāt honour or implement what the majority of us wanted.

Performers need AI protections now! As Disney announces $1billion investment in OpenAI, Equity says the deal āreinforces exactly why our members are fighting for AI protections in our negotiations with Pactā. Weāre balloting members about refusing to be scanned on set in order to

Actually quite funny watching the great opinion haver @Dannythefink struggling to even express this moronic opinion in sentences. Anyway, don't pay your license fee for this dross.
"If somebody does something and you pay them for it, they tend to think I'll provide more of that and see wether I'll get something more out of it" Lord Finkelstein explains why he's sceptical about the pay demands of Resident doctors threatening strike action. #Newsnight

Calling healthcare a "right" arguably is dumb, but this swerve from that point to a rant against socialisation is disgraceful. The healthcare "market" in the USA could hardly be more obviously harmful.
As a practicing spine surgeon who pours my heart into healing patients every day, letās be real: Declaring healthcare a ārightā isnāt nobleāitās a sneaky way to force doctors like me into servitude. My skills, time, and labor arenāt yours to command. True rights protect

I've often wondered what kind of dickhead would be impressed by Streeting, and now I've got my answer!
I do hope when Wes become PM he'll go on writing his own posts. It is his manifest authenticity and his knee-jerk capacity for ripostes regardless of sensitivity which are so appealing, and a vast plane of comms above the formulaic, technocratic dirge of the current leadership.

Oh my god it's so much funnier than the transcript suggests it is. Incredible.
GLASHEEN: Antifa is our primary concern right now. That's the most immediate violent threat we're facing BENNIE THOMPSON: Where is antifa headquartered? GLASHEEN: ... ... ... we are building out the infrastructure right now THOMPSON: What does that mean?

How do these people find the bathroom?

This kind of thing is the real reason for inaction on CSA and nothing to do with absolute nonsense about the roaringly bigoted cops being afraid of being accused of being racist, one of the most absurd lies ever told by the British establishment.
EXCLUSIVE: A Met officer was accused of running a VIP paedophile ring, which included an MP and a judge, that sexually abused young girls in care. A Met whistleblower claims it was ācovered upā by the force. https://t.co/VwIEioGpHT

Few things are more irritating that some very, very stupid cunt stuttering about "the science".

Really funny that the government insists third party ticket vendors are somehow "driving up standards", instead of what they're really doing: taking the fucking piss.
