1/3 We had this recent #bioRxiv preprint from @todd_macfarlan and @Trono_Lab at our first Zoom-JC: https://t.co/DzeJkgVVrE. Very interesting study! Highlights include: large-scale ChIP-seq analysis of young KRAB-ZFPs in mouse followed by megabase CRISPR-deletion of KZFP clusters.
