@jonatanpallesen Imagine knowing 30 other men that would want to come over and rape a child with you. I can’t fathom knowing people like that, much less going along them, or everyone being just fine with it out in the open. Whatever culture that is, I’ve absolutely nothing in common with it.

Americans want so badly to believe that you can eat like a pig and still be healthy if you remove the one secret bad thing like artificial dyes, seed oils, or whatever. No other country would try to "make Steak and Shake healthy again". It's kind of beautiful.
