Since its launch in 2015, WRES has helped identify areas we need to work on regarding race equity. Learning has been shared & benchmarking made feasible. I wonder in year 10, with NHS England going, what governance will be in place to sustain WRES & WDES in the future?

I went on the underground today. I was feeling very sick with dehydration and exhausted, and my bag was filling up. I had 25 stops to go through to get home, so I wore my blue badge as it was rush hour. I went through 15 stops without a single person offering a seat to me and

Me and my little girl went out for the day. I stopped by three different places to try and find an accessible toilet. The first one, a village hall, had only a tiny cubicle, and we couldn't get in. The second was a shopping centre with baby change and disabled toilets on the top

It’s #SignLanguageWeek In 2017, I made history as the first MP to sign a question using BSL while advocating for its status. The British Sign Language Act was then officially recognised in 2022. We want deaf and hard of hearing children to grow up with pride in their identity.
