What began as “project room key” where “homeless” were given room in some of our best hotels (“closed” in 2020 “due to covid”) has morphed into a migrant “housing” initiative.

In 2020 officials literally shut everything down; hotels, bars, restaurants, churches, stores, even outdoor spaces. Then they began using the "empty spaces" to house "homeless" and give them drugs. Word got out and more people came. The productive people left from frustration.
