A lot of the failings in the US educational system is mass migration. Overall the the US has done well educating kids in the big 3. What it can't do is teach the big 3 when there are 50 different languages in 1 school. It's an impossibility.
You can finish the thought too. US Hispanics out perform central and South American countries (not Spain or Portugal), US Blacks out perform African nations… the racial stack isn’t eliminated by the U.S. education system, but the U.S. education system does seem to be very good.
