It all starts with zoning. That’s why each community is tasked with finding a multifamily zoning district that works for them. This important work opens up possibilities for multifamily housing. #MBTACommunitiesLaw

(1/3) The Healey-Driscoll administration is deeply disappointed that Milton’s zoning plan was rejected. This is not only a loss for #Milton but for our entire state, as we desperately need more #housing near transit to lower costs.

This legislation is urgent and our stakeholders & supporters behind us here today understand that. We’ve already missed an entire year for cities and towns to use the tools in our legislation. This is a call to action. - @MassLtGov #HousingChoice
