HUD’s Federal Housing Administration Office is reporting delays for the FHA 232 (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc.) and FHA 242 (hospitals) programs due to the government shutdown. Over 100 deals are stalled, delaying the construction of nearly 15,000 care units.
