"How to Smoke Fentanyl" guides and gear being distributed in San Francisco. 700 fatal ODs in 2020, most due to this drug. Hard to argue that the city isn't actively trying to keep people down and addicted, if not kill them.

I lived in SF for 21 years. After the third hot prowl burglary at our house in Noe Valley we threw in the towel and moved our company out.
On Dolores Street it was common to see cars rolling at 3 mph peering into windows.
Scrolling Ring app looked like a burglary contest.
