Sometimes racism is good. Just had my first Rhode Island trial. Arresting officer is asked to ID the defendant. Looks at me. Looks at my client. Looks at my supervisor. (All black men) Looks back at me. And then says he can’t ID the defendant. Not guilty in record time.
