I've heard zero reliable information that the body found "matched Etika's description." As of right now that's a totally unsubstantiated social media rumor.
People saying that they said the description over the scanner are lying. I reviewed both scanner tapes and both the police and fire Dept referred to the body as a "person" no mentioning of race, gender or clothing description. It still remains unconfirmed on the identity.
