#ThursdayThoughts 55,573 aircrew were killed in bomber command, RAF 38,462 (69.2%) RCAF 9,919 (17.8%). RAAF 4,050 (7.3%). RNZAF (3.0%), 1,679. Other allied air forces 1,463 (2.7%). They gave their today so we could have a tomorrow. We will remember them. #rememberthefallen #RAF

Rediscovered a photo which I believed to be lost, my grandfather on the left of this 1st photo aboard HMS Anson, probably sometime between 1944-45. I never met him, but do cherish these photographs!. Did anybody else have a relative aboard Anson during the war? @WeHaveWaysPod

My first and only show was In 2009, the two weeks prior was a heatwave so of course it rained throughout the day of the show. I remember speaking to pilots and loved the interaction. Highlight was seeing the B52 and Avro Vulcan fly together!
