@TianaVibe @chlxric I do this daily. It’s super hard at first. I started using the Nike Run Club app w/ @bennettrun. Bennet makes you slow down and focus on breath and mind. Soon you realize it’s not that hard if you learn HOW to run. It’s soothing for the mind + my energy is up all day.

Just converted my local gas ⛽️ pump attendant to STX. He’s been holding bitcoin since 2015. He said he sold it to buy a crane 🏗️ which he gave to his brother to start a business. I showed him how I earn btc in Xverse and it blew his mind. So early.
