In collaboration with the Meyer lab (@HannahVMeyer ), latest work by Dr. Loh and Salome Carcy (@CarcySalome ) where we analyzed using single cell RNA-seq the transcriptional states of innate-like T cells (NKT, MAIT and GD) and conventional T cells in the human thymus and blood.
