A lot of vets feel pretty lonely and abandoned by the country they served.

This concept of "reasonableness" underpins most of our laws, and its so nebulous that it's a constant issue.

The trick to not get burnt is to stay moving.

As I said, there's nothing preventing someone bringing an action against an indemnified party.
I've seen a few cases where an indemnity has been rendered ineffective by a successful claim of misleading conduct, as one example.
