Today marks 26 years since FF Fleur Lombard died aged 21 whilst fighting an arson fire in Bristol. Fleur was the first woman firefighter to die in the line of duty in peacetime and my thoughts are with her family friends and colleagues. She will never be forgotten. #FleurLombard

Spent the evening crewing this command unit at a high rise exercise this week. Fantastic piece of @CumbriaFire kit that can be a massive asset to IC’s. Google maps, risk information & incident objectives up and being displayed within minutes of arriving.

I was very pleased to have managed to get some photographs of this @CumbriaFire Enhanced Logistical Support Unit based at @FirePenrith. Something different being based on a DAF LF chassis, however I’m a fan!
