@Dr__Sarmy 2tier healthcare: 1) middle classes (pay4/ elbow their way 2 see drs): get correct Dx/Rx 2) poor people: missed Dx/incorrect Rx, so avoidable harm. This increases health inequalities.

This idiot should be nowhere near levers of any kind, let alone those of power. A sign of Labour's decline.
We won't negotiate with those holding patients to ransom. The BMA agreed to online consultations in February – it's time to honour that commitment. Drop threats of industrial action and let's have a constructive conversation. Patients deserve better. https://t.co/ikZQiS7KI9

What is @UKLabour for now? Social democracy? ❌️ A rational and humane welfare state? ❌️ Workers? ❌️ Freedom to Speak? ❌️ Anti-racism? ❌️ Anti-corruption? ❌️ Progressive taxation system ❌️ Genuinely, I do not understand what Labour MPs are doing...
Never thought I would see this. @UKLabour rating on @NHSuk and healthcare falls to lowest level ever. Reflects state of party politics versus NHS Performance but still shocking

What she said ⬆️
@DHSCgovuk @wesstreeting @wesstreeting My wife no longer uses X, but as a resident doctor would like to respond to your offer. She’s sent an email to your parliamentary address, but just in case social media is a more reliable way for you to read responses, she’s asked me to post it here as well.

A rail worker credited with saving multiple lives during a mass stabbing on a train has been named as Samir Zitouni. The 48-year-old's actions on the Doncaster to London King's Cross service on Saturday evening were described as "nothing short of heroic".

You know what......I kinda agree. I thought advanced was like me having a few more skills.....like injection, prescribing and sonography....thats about as advanced as I feel comfortable as its still being a physio. Not sure I get ACPs doing absolutely anything..or understand it.
“Advanced Associate Practitioner” 🤡 Literally anyone from any background (physios, paramedics, nurses, etc.) can look after seriously ill patients in ED. NHS, please stop this “innovation.”

Why on earth does this story about suspected treason not all over the British press ? Because the billionaire off-shore press owners are doing what they can to help Farage ?
Great news. Keep sharing anything on Reform UK and Russian bribes that you see. The Nathan Gill story must not be buried. Farage, Tice, Bull, Nuttall, Daubney - all must be asked what they knew and whether they were involved. Llyr Powell is just the start.

Another day another news blackout from most of our media on the story of a Farage ally in European Parliament and leader of his party in Wales taking bribes from Russia to spout their lies and BS … Nathan Gill should be a household name by now. But the media that gave you phone

"This is a Labour government who treated with contempt the people who voted for them and is courting the people who never voted for them and never will." Former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis criticises the Labour Government’s approach to policy. #Newsnight

Patients wait days on trolleys in A&E in corridors, weeks just to see a GP. All while doctors who trained for years are left without jobs; kept from helping when patients and the NHS need them the most. This isn’t an accident. It’s happening on @wesstreeting’s watch. #SRM25

Shortcut Medicine is a Myth 1/ Let’s get real: No modular MSc, or “fast-track” program can replace the depth and breadth of medicine without mastering the foundations.
