3/ 5 days after registering I got my shareholder card and free breakfast every stay for up to 4 people! Usually it's just me though. Shares are only up £50 since purchase, but then there are dividends 3% and a lot of free breakfasts so far! Who ate all the breakfasts!!! 😎

2/ I also discovered if you have 64 shares or more in Whitbread, up to 4 staying at PI on a booking get free breakfast. So I looked into it... bloody hell £30 odd a share! So around £2400!! Anyway I didn't have it spare so I changed part of my SIPP (Pension)to Whitbread Shares.

1/ Ok, I waited for poll to end and by far for me is also Premier Inn. As I now travel to London for 2 to 3 days a week almost every week, staying in outer London and booking in advance does bring the price down. Occasionally it's Travel Lodge but only if Premier Inn priced out.
