Who TF does this with an infant? This is on a very busy main thoroughfare in an area where there are so many accidents that they keep adding light-up crosswalks. I looked into the stroller to see if there were groceries but nope, it was a human baby.

Yesterday this 4 year old did nearly the entire 7.25 mile CicLAvia route and back plus expo Blvd side walk and a section of the LA River bike path. So like 16 miles, maybe? How? Because there were no cars. The barriers to riding bikes is the cars.

I will never understand why lefties don't throw everything they have to upzone rich single family neighborhoods. No matter what income takes those apartments they will in all likelihood, as tenants, vote to the left. Instead they just fall in line with the homeowners.

Here's an awesome Yimby success story. I was talking to a family at my kids bday party. He goes to school in a fast gentrifying area. The mom grew up there & lives with her dad, but when they had twins they needed to move, rents and homes are too expensive now.
