Sounds like possibly a counterfeit goods raid? No one detained, but some boxes taken. Maybe a JTTF action, not ICE-led (they tag on to NYPD JTTF things that can include Marshals, FBI, & DEA as a sort of loophole). Seems some agents/vehicles have left.
